Kashmir Highlands Created by Iv0rY Snak3 Kashmir Highlands is a small, unique map that utilizes path symmetry to create a unique and exciting experience for symmetrical games, especially, Multi Flag. The map creates its own unique style of gameplay, which works best with teams of two to three players. Similar bases are placed on opposite ends of well constructed hills. These hills go up towards a curved center line, made of double boxes and bridges, that passes over them. The map makes great use of movable objects to improve aesthetics and gameplay. Although these objects unfortunately make the map look bad in many of it's screenshots, you will be glad to find them there in game. They allow for more interesting gameplay and tactics than are seen most other competitive maps, and are aesthetically important parts of the map. These objects can be pushed around to create a path to jump to the other base, to use as a weapon, or simply used as cover. The map is very small, and doesn't play as well with more than six players. It is recommended that it's played with two teams of two to three, with a Multi flag, Team Slayer, or Team King of the Hill variant. The Kashmir Flag CTF variant allows CTF games to last a little longer, by changing the score to win to five, and requiring that your flag be home to score. All gametypes are supported, except infection. The maps small size makes it a great one to keep saved on your hard drive so you have a great map to enjoy when you have a very small party; the design even allows the map to work great for one for one slayer matches. Very nice looking map, it has lots of variation of highs and low. It is very unique indeed, the bases serve well for flag gametypes, and the middle area looks perfect for battles. Will download and comment on the map. 2v2 CTF should be fun on this, I will give it a try, and congratz on premium Ivory.
It would be congratz on premium if they would hurry up and give it to me...lol and btw everyone, it's not only CTF that was just a special variant i made because normal CTF sucked...
this is a very nice map i have to say with all the hills. it understandable why the map is small since it is all above the ground and not on the normal flat foundary floor that we all have gotten used to in our maps. very nice job on it. and i see that you named it after a very good song from led-zeppelin.
an amazing song that i can play on geetar actually, i was learning it whilst forging the map so i half named it after it. and killerofnoob, why?

congrats on the feature and premium Iv0ry. I liked this map, I like maps like this(curved floors), but they dont play as good as some of the others. Nothing against the map at all its made beautifully but I feel that these kind of maps dont offer the best possible gameplay. Also, still think the features are coming up too close to each other, Heatwave became featured yesterday and now theres a new featured map.
