It's 4 pieces plus the generators. Breakout Energy Barriers top and bottom, with two opposing Visible Gravity Sliders sandwiched in the center. You use a 4' I-Beam magnets to assemble it (or use my prefab). Without the Breakout Energy Barriers players and vehicles would become stuck to the top and bottom sides.
Hey guys, so I've been wanting a logo/symbol of sorts for my twitch stream to represent me, and a friend of mine stepped up to the plate to create a concept for me: 1000px 100px; [I'd actually delete the eyes for smaller versions such as this one, didn't do it for this particular one though]. Basically it's supposed to be an M for mynx but also a dragon because I love reptiles and stuff - in a hexagon because hexagons are my favorite shape (yeah, im a dweeb so i have a favorite shape...). Basically I'm here because the friend that helped make this doesn't have an artistic eye, and I was pretty much the only one guiding him - I was hoping for some second opinions, possible redlines, other suggestions, thoughts?
I'm really liking the way the cobblestone looks on the Meteor Shower skybox. Its playable if anyone wants to try it out https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/...nmeister_1789f896-aa19-4f10-925e-2371518d16ba
The only thing I would suggest would be a border in a third color to make it really pop. I'd probably choose yellow or red.
The idea was that it could kind of be used in any color, like the twitter/fb/xbox/twitch/youtube logos, you feel? Like, the offline image on my twitch has a few of those logos on it, I kind of wanted it to be similar to those, so I'm more concerned about the shapes than anything else. Thank you, though, it is useful to know there's nothing particularly wrong with it shape-wise to you haha
Are there any peices that look like a tarp or fabric? I'm looking for something that looks like a temporary fix to a shelter to keep out the elements, like covering up a whole in a roof. Thanks.
Lose the border. It isn't necessary. Let the viewer's mind draw the hexagon rather than shoving it down their throats. The best logos leave something out, or distort the image/letters so the mind is engaged while subconsciously trying to reconstruct (or deconstruct) the letters/shapes/images. The Xbox logo is a good example of this: it's 4 triangles which force the viewer's mind to form a sphere with an X covering it. Make the background transparent. From there you have 3 choices: A: Pick 2 solid bold colours; one for dark backgrounds, and one for light backgrounds. Don't use gradients, filters, or other photoshop effects (other than transparency). B: Find a colour which looks good on light and dark backgrounds. Or say a 50% shade of a colour. This looks good on any colour other than light blue (Ignore the white background) C: Encircle the logo with either white logo on dark (any bold colour) background, and black (or your choice of colour) on a white background. (once again, ignore the white background in this pic)
I turned my phone upside down to see if this would make a nice yo mama's big butt logo to "steal", and I guess I was slightly disappointed/amused by the result.
