The staff position held his true feelings back. Also, I've finally come to terms with the fact that this game just is not fun to play competitively. I only like building competitive maps. I don't even have any motivation to convince only 3 people to play Aerocrest with me, because why bother when there's other more fun games to play?
It's a Minnesota thing dontchaknow I've come to the realization that I do not enjoy Halo 5 on any level besides the ability to build comp maps. I was just thinking about the days of Asset and Conquest when people were building maps for other peoples custom game types which doesn't happen anymore. BECAUSE you have to enjoy the gameplay overall to enjoy customs. Oh and you need game types. also when did you finish aerocrest
Yeah the fact that a year after release we only have 4 gametypes (are assault and CTF all that different?) is downright pitiful. And it sucks too, cuz the forge engine in this game is absolutely amazing. Sure there's a couple problems here and there, but it is phenomenal when compared to past iterations. I wouldn't say Aerocrest is finished per se, but it's playable with bare bones aesthetics. Take a look if you want, and if you're down to play it/2v2s in general lemme know.
People actually forge maps to play on them? I literally just enjoy forging. I haven't actually tested a map in half a year.
