I want to make a phantom fly over my map but not fly out of the boundry forevor. I want the vehicle to continue to repeat the process.

Use on external timer scripts, set it to move forward for however long you want it to, then have the phantom despawn. Set it to respawn, and make your movement and despawn scripts repeat.

If you're unclear about anything I said, I can do a full write up later.

Or use my grav slide method :),
Put invis grav slides on path you want it to follow.
    Place vehicle at beginning.
Then in object properties set respawn to on disturbance, x amount of time.
Set on normal physics and save.
Congratulations, you have an epic, fluid moving phantom :).

What about the sections of phased-physics cable lying in the path of the Pelican? Lol. Pelican's not a graceful bird.

Lol, yeah, eventually ill have the kinks worked out, I've abandoned rotation thus far, however, your revelation was very helpful. (SEtting a script to rotate zero stops rotation.
