This soundtrack is amazing. I just watched the movie again with my kids the other day and I still think its one of the best live action kids movies ever made. Klaus Doldinger did the majority of the score other than the main theme by Limahl.
I'm not uualy a fan of the hip hop/ R&B genre, but Ne-Yo manages to pull off some intense yet tame themes with melodic undertones... Much appreciated
I still actually have that CD floating around here somewhere. "For The Love Of God" is the best song on it imo.
Passion and Warfare is one of his best for sure. I actually posted For The Love Of God earlier in this thread
I was actually at this set which was a few weeks ago. Light Upon The Lake is slowly becoming my favorite album of 2016 -- definitely check them out if you are a fan of Smith Westerns/Unknown Mortal Orchestra.
Pretty soon I'll be posting my own music in here. Straight from my portable home studio in my messy living room.
Chvrches from their newer album, Every Open Eye. Kind of wrote it off when I first heard it because it was a slightly different sound than The Bones of What You Believe, but I've been really digging it recently. Clearest Blue gives me chills.
Hopefully you've gotten the chance to see them live, either at a festival or a venue. Well worth the price of admission.
Probably one of the best headliners I've seen live at Lollapalooza, hands down. Can't wait to see LCD again in St. Louis next month!!!
Ever heard of Malajube? They've become one of my favorites. Mix of nice chill stuff and driven stuff. @AlexVan123 might enjoy this one. I think this was their first album.
