This is pretty cool. It definitely gives off that T&R vibe. Give the phantom a search light and it could feel like Nightfall too. Did you consider adding some natural like trees or bushes? It could just be for outer decoration.
I completely agree, working on getting them to look right in the meteor shower sky box. Trees glow >.< might just have to bite the bullet and go to stormy or something instead.
