Contaminate

I had a lot of fun playing on this map the other night, and it definitely hit me with that Halo 2 nostalgia feel!

I think if you make a few changes to the map, such as putting in invisible barriers to block hard-to-reach places, making the Beam Rifle not respawn, and fix the floor of the map so you can't see the bottom of Parallax, this map will be great

 

This map definitely captures that nostalgic Halo 2 campaign vibe. I love the fog. I would suggest adding in more bushes and maybe using fewer acacia trees as bushes. Perhaps you could find a way to add in some of those oddly shaped trees from the campaign...not telling you how to build your own map but just some fun ideas that will help spice up this iconic area.

 

Have you watched Wyvernzu's Flood aesthetics?? You should try to improve them on your map and it will rise up!

 

I think you have a pretty great map here as it is. If you did add Flood aesthetics, just have it be subtle. The time period this is set in would be early contamination and not overgrown by flood.

 

I've been loving each update you've made to this map. It gets better and better each time. You just have to make sure I can't break out of it a new way every update lol

 

I can say I think he's got it.

 

So...I went on this map again with the newly updated textures and covenant forge pieces - wow! This has got to be one of the best - if not the best -looking Halo 2 high charity/gravemind map ever yet forged. Not to mention the rock formations and authentic style are top notch. I'd like to play on this map in 343 infection, seriously.
