Ancestor, inspired by Halo: CE's mission "Assault on the Control Room" and the Halo 3 mission titled "Halo".
OOOOHHHH That's looking good! Quick! Someone wake up DeathstarsOG from the grave! He'd love this. Have you thought about using the invisible rails to create a lift on the central support beam to take a player from the ground to the top?
Just like the good ol days huh. Try turning the metal level on your objects down. I heard the color metal causes frame rate drops.
Found it. Compound by DeathstarsOG, one of the OG's on the ol' TRANSFORGERS team @MultiLockOn @weeeeemann
Nothing Mexican about that standoff, it's totally black. Don't you just miss that Halo 3 jump height?...
It all depends on the number of objects on screen at one time. Some FX also really eat into the framerate.
I was going over this with him earlier the other day. Its partly because of the way he has a shadow box casting a shadow on the whole map, and you can see a lot of objects from a specific spot (where he is getting frame drops) and that most steam effects lower framerate for no reason (you can put a steam fill effect above water and get frame drops with no items other than that) Only thing I could think of is that the way they changed how things are rendered in order to optimize the budget made this happen.
I'm starting to have some lighting problems, I think my xbox is gonna explode... lol I have all the object baked, I think I'll start soon to unbake most of them, especially in the cave and in the bases.
Who said anything about infection? --- Double Post Merged, Jul 6, 2016 --- Yeah I agree, you need to get better at that stuff.
