I've been forging since Halo 3 and I love Halo 5s Forge, but I'm still having severe issues with spawning that are really crippling my otherwise descent maps.

For CTF for example on one of my maps I put anti spawn zones in each base along with regular spawn zones to ensure both red and blue team spawn on their sides of the map, which they do thankfully. The main problem im having is that players on either team keep spawning in the same spawn points nearly every single time
even though I have many other spawn points available. I tried weighting the spawns with either a 0 or 1 at the value but when I do that, every time 1 particular spawn point on either side that is set to 0 becomes the
" total dominant spawn" forcing players to spawn in the same exact spot over and over.. Then when I delete that problematic spawn point to try to fix the issue another spawn point that is set to 0 takes its place and becomes the new dominant spawn.I've noticed that this issue might have something to do with the location of the spawn because the dominant spawns seem to be active in the same spots on both red and blue sides of the map, but they are all in the spawn trait zones so I dont get it.With a lot trial and error I got a few spawns on either side to work but still no matter what I try the vast majority of spawns are not used no matter what I set the values to. I just dont get why they got rid of the flag away zones where you could set a spawn zone for players to spawn after the opposing team grabbed their flag. Can anyone please help me and tell me what im doing wrong and how I can get most of my spawns to work and not have 1 or 2 spawns negate all of the other spawns ive placed around the map? I've never had this severe of a spawning issue on the other halo games for some reason. I really need help from someone that knows the halo 5 spawn system inside and out, but any help or advice is truly appreciate!!

Saturating spawn points with spawn zones can do that. Instead of having two zones in each base, just have one but set the team setting according to said base orientation. And then make sure all other spawns have nuetral zones around them as well.

If you're still having issues you can add me GTag: SokdatDuChrist

Thank you very much for the reply! The main reason I have 2 spawn zones in each base is because I was always told that you need anti spawn zones in modes like CTF to prevent players from spawning in eachothers base. So your saying I should just remove them, also wont the regular team oriented spawn zones prevent players from spawning in their enemies base without using anti spawn zones? Also just to clarify your saying that the spawns outside and farther away from both teams should be surrounded by neutral spawn zones correct? What if I just put a red spawn zone on reds half of the map and blue on their half since the map is symmetrical, would that not work? Also what value should I set the spawn points at, 0? Sorry for all the questions, I just want to be sure I dont have the dominant spawn taking over the rest issue again and not have players spawn in eachothers bases. Thanks so much for the help!

Don't mess with spawn priority, and that may work try that too.
