Very nicely done. I do enjoy these Gears maps being made to play with Breakout. This might be the best looking one yet
I really enjoyed this map in my lobby earlier. However, there are some small issues I found. I think you should replace the sniper rifle with something else that doesn't give a 1hk. Weapons like the Hydra Launcher work in Breakout because there's time for the player to dodge to projectiles and find cover. With the sniper, it's an instakill if you get hit. In the game I had, we had 9 rounds because each team won 4. But in the last round, the spawning went to ****. Some players spawned on their opponent's side of the map. Not sure if that's on you though or if the game just decided to crap out. Still, you should look into it.
About the sniper, I'd suggest using the "Breakout Arena" gametype. Shields are normal in that type. It prevents the sniper from being 1hk. It's what I used for playing this map, since it's not a traditional Breakout map. (probably why I didn't encounter the 1hk sniper problem.) I don't want to change the sniper because it's the weapon there in Gears of War. As for the spawning, I'm honestly not sure what happened. I can do more testing on that when I get a chance, but I haven't encountered any spawn issues. But I will look into it.

After trying to record some footage for a map trailer earlier for Gridlock, I discovered that "Breakout Arena" was changed and now weapons are different in that gametype. Breakout Arena is no longer my recommendation for this map. Standard "Breakout" is now my recommendation. I'd say edit the settings for normalized shields if you want to keep the sniper from being a 1hk.
