Yes! And that's completely fair, in isolation 343s soundtracks would sound great in a Hollywood blockbuster, but to me it's heresy to compare anything to Marty Halo lol. My biggest knock on it is the theme of the music rather than the composition anyhow. It just doesn't sound Halo. To a lot of people like yourself that's perfectly fine
I've reached a point where I just don't really play the actual game anymore, if I ever get on, its only on forge. I wasn't exactly the best player to begin with, but the game just feels wrong. Ever since sprint got implemented into halo things have gone downhill and every entry since has been more and more generic and shitty. And now here we are with sprint, shoulder charge, ground pound etc... its just not halo anymore, its something else entirely. ffs, most of the weapons don't even work the same way or properly.
Halo 5 is a great game (except for the garbage campaign). The people who say that it isn’t are usually the people who will never be happy with a Halo game that isn’t a carbon copy of Halo 2 or 3.
I’m not saying that that’s the only reason, I’m making a generalization based on my own experiences and interactions.
