    Hello all,
Im making, what in the end, will be one of the most innovative maps/game modes to date.
I have always wanted to strive as a forger, but when i was younger my works were ignored, I don't blame people for not playing a squeakers map.
Im older now, lol, but i have also developed an advanced insight into scripting, and will be able to do what i describe below.
Yes, i know, you all need to see pictures, im away from my xbox as of late, but i will post them here as soon as they're done.

So to the map, its called Battleship 2558, for very good reason, those who saw my post in "What are you working on?" be warned this is way different due to my change of thought. So, those of you who have seen the movie Battleship, this is basically a recreation of the scene where the WWII battleship does battle with an alien craft. The alien craft is fitted with specially designed reach sytle matic cannons. Those of you may have played Reach and 3 forge extensively, and created artillery cannons using the forges launchers and explosives. I'm using a system like that for the alien craft because its similar in usage. The Alien craft will have the option to rotate left/right, while the battleship will be able to move/rotate. This will most likely max out my scripting, making it, if not the most, one of the most extensive and interactive Halo Forge project to date.

Scripters wanted, builders wanted, engineers wanted lol.

This seems like an interesting idea. I'd love to see some screens of the progress you have currently!

I actually just made a pirate ship map like this that I was going to write about. I limited the scrips per object to 3 for extreme simplicity, which means you can have a maximum of about 180 pieces. If you want two ships, that's 90 pieces each, which is extremely small. I suggest either having one ship move to the other, or making the objects stationary but appearing as if they are moving.

Actually i will have 1 ship, and 1, unmoving, but rotating alien ship.

I was going to make something like this and make it like a capture the flag type game with two big moving ships. the problem though is trying to make it so people can get on the ships easily and also avoid spawn trapping.

well for mine people aren't meant to leave the ship only attack, in fact the ship will sink once enough of its explosive barrels embedded inside have exploded
