Might be the case that the problems we had last week with oddball, and this week with CTF might be both fixed with the same change. Get ahold me of me sometime in-game and I'll make my suggestion if you're interested.
Thanks for the view. Now Slayer and Objective gamemodes have different spawn systems, allowing for better objective gameplay. Slayer gameplay will still swop bases based on map control, while objectives won't. For now, I'm still keeping the Gauss Turret. It's a valuable power weapon that can create map control. People just have to push for it. (Now it only spawns in Slayer). I'll fix the lag, next. Now that the lighting is different, I no longer have the need to keep those lights as bright and lengthy as they are now. 90% of the lag is gone, only hiccups are caused by their being so many players. Simple fix. Will hopefully have a finished product by next test AND THEN OFF TO THE UCC TESTING. Good thing the map had a bunch of easy tweaks.
Thanks for taking the time to test my map again. I'm really sorry I couldn't make it online, I fell asleep :/ How bizarre, I haven't touched the death barriers at all since the last iteration and now there's a problem. I assume some bug due to an update. I'll look into it. The fog was very experimental, an adjustment I made only yesterday, so I'll tone it down. I'll replace the yellow crate with something else too. As for the long lines of sight, I'll think about what to do, but I do want the streets to be open.
