Wish i was able to playtest my map but i procrastinate to much =[ I need to just put a solid days work into my map but i just hate forging alone. i just get so bored lol i dont know why.
maybe if you saw it get played or didnt restructure the entire map every 2 days lol you might not get bored

I've only rebuilt the map once lol i just havent been working on it as much as i would like to. So the whole restructure map every 2 days part doesnt make sense. Sorry i cant bust out a map every week lol even though i think a good solid well tested map should take way longer. Testing goes a long way and i would rather commit to one design that turns into a solid map. I wasnt informed that it was a competition to see who makes the most maps even though u won that day 1 lol Also i only get bored because i cant forge alone. I've co-forged for so many years that i get bored alone. I also like having other people to help with ideas and to get the creative vibes going. idk im just as about forge like i used to be. I did work on my map for a solid like 2 hours today so thats progress lmao.
It went pretty good. We went through all the maps with a large party and then later Max reduced the numbers to retest the smaller maps with a proper 4 v 4. I will go through MAYBE tomorrow and give some feedback on the maps that was played. Your map started at 3:45:52 mark of the VOD by the way.
Ooo. Yeah 8v8 with just two teams wouldn't work. I think I have 5 spawns max for the red and blue. Is this a btb forum, is that my bad?
Valley of death 3.0 I reduced the amount of over shields so it should be able to play and I'm working on a map/mini game right now but I don't think it will be ready by FridayFriday
It is both. We test 8 v 8 first since that is how many we have when we start the testing lobby and then later on during the night we limit it down for proper 4 v 4 and test the smaller maps with the right amount of players. I think yours wasn't tested again because we kept respawning below the map.
Son of a... I am upset, sorry 'bout that. I'll find out which ones fell. Edit: Found the spawns, and a few guns actually. placed a grid so i can find them easy if i delete and replace the map again. Your group can try it next week hopefully. should I add a few more initals for you guys? or did it just set you at respawn points anyway?
Typically as far as map making goes. its good to place 8 per team just to be safe even if you are only supposed to use 4 per team. some people get crazy and place 16 per team just to keep super safe. If you submit it again using the submission form on the OP we can deffinetly have it ready for next week
For those who played my DOOM map I fixed the breakable stuff out of the map, the killboundaries(I hope), fixed the stone stairs to be smoother and working on other stuff suggested. Not sure what color scheme the building should be, I'll try to do the glitch like Max suggested and there's a switch that no one used during gameplay(from what I saw) that opens up another route by red spawn or known as Corpse room.
