...CUSTOM POWER UP. I remember back in halo 3 custom power ups where the beez neez and some times huge parts of maps. Hopefully they bring it back in the upcoming updates. What would you do if they brought back the Custom Power Up?
I would hide it on every map I play and when I'm losing I would grab it, making myself immortal, then run around with a hammer that not only kills but instabans people from the current map.
I'd prefer trait zones, but I'd make extended radar a power weapon. I think it could be a really interesting dynamic on 2v2 and Breakout maps to have one player with radar information that the others don't.
I miss trait zones because I could make jump pads with them and could design some really interesting things. Also, you could make acid pits that drained shields. I wish your shield didn't automatically start recharging as soon as you jump out though.
They were definitely a nice addition to gameplay, but I never used them much myself. Maybe we'll see something like that back in the future
