A suggestion to add to the athletics. Use different colored Hazard Suits to make it look like people are in the stands. Turn off light baking on them though if the lighting gets too high and add soft dim lights from above to light them properly. I used this on one of my maps and it turned out great. Setting them higher and lower than each other will make them appear younger and older also.
I do like the idea of filling the stands. I was debating on whether or not to make the map compatible for other game types. You can't tell from the pictures but there are exits on the back four corners of the stands that I was thinking of finishing off with an outer loop around the court. This would also connect to the team locker rooms which exist on either end of the court.

You could make it for slayer by adding crates and other misc. items around the stadium floor. Make it look kind of like one of the first missions in The Division. I would have it as two different versions, just an idea.
