sometimes i wonder why i forge good news and bad news bad news is i scrapped half of spellbound good news is i rotated the other half and made it inverse symmetric and ended up finishing the design bad news is it's no longer asymmetric #cantforgeasyms
had an interesting day jumping between lobbies today. i think 4 completely different forge lobbies is my record for a single day.
Made a video yesterday of what I forged thus far with the xboxdvr, but it isn't showing up online unfortunately. So if anybody cares, you can have a look at my files. Map should be named 'Prophet v0.5' or something like that.
'Forge Sketch' I suck at designing maps on paper. Trying to restrain myself from adding detail until I finalize a layout. Also, everything I build ends up symmetrical...
I have decided that every single one of my maps is going to have at least one really fun man cannon on it. At least one.
he is a ****ing liar. ben inspired the pool-o-porter he was messing around on a map I was making that had to pools of water. Xzample probably thinks he inspired sequence as well.
Forge scandal! I thought my telefloorter inspired it, my mistake. Scrub. I did have a pretty profound effect on Nexn's map design philosophy, after he saw my onSLaughT remake. Sequence was coincidentally created one day after its release.
NEW Lockout re-imagining with Halo 2 BR spawn. Spent well over 30 hours on this map so far. Check it out and let me know what you think. (Video coming soon) I want feedback! Thanks guys! http://www.forgehub.com/maps/astrolocke.1445/ DKViking
Only a mad man spends half an hour calculating the angle of the sunrays and cross referencing it with the geometry of the map to decide whether a 45 or 90 degree orientation brings out the most of the natural lighting. Why do I spend so much time on this ****
