I believe they are from halo tracker. So they represent users of that site. But the trend can still be extrapolated to show a population drop generally.
@Rifte they copied Bungie's approach with Destiny, that you keep finished content from players to release it later. (An attempt to prolong the life of the game) Its a terrible strategy, if you restrict launch content. It can be amazing to add elements to the game every month for its lifespan, but only if the elements are new or additions, rather than things we had in every other Halo game at launch.
Actually they took each of their users, generated their last 50 games, took each gamertag from those last 50 games and entered THEIR stats, and then continued that with every gt until they had the entire player base.
Hi Guys, i wanted to share with you an entertaining Montage i've made, showcasing my personal Highlights since the Release of Halo 5. All of this is recorded in Team Arena and Team Slayer at Diamond Rank, so dont expect me to go Killionaire ;-) Enjoy !
Ah, ok gotcha. Withholding finished content from launch seems to be a common trend amongst most devs nowadays imo
@Rifte mhm, a sad one too. Imagine if old games did this, the game industry would have dies years ago.
I imagine there would be considering how vocal we all were about the Season 2 settings and maps earlier this year. No reason not to start one.
Id say less so since we know 343 are slow to changes, or just dont like making them in regards to settings/patches. People just give up after HCS went a full year with minimal changes.
I mean, I agree. I eventually stopped watching partially because of this, but at the same time I want to enjoy watching top teams compete. I made the thread because I (maybe foolishly) hope that 343 will make enough changes that I can at least tolerate watching.
I am just waiting until 2020 when the developers release Halo Reach Anniversary, featuring the zero bloom DMR and no armor abilities. Fingers crossed.
Okay. I understand 343 Industries' decision for not creating a playlist to house exclusively new content for Warzone, and its Assault variant. They do not wish to disperse the play base of this sect even further. Their logic is sound... but it sure would be nice, maybe for a week, to have a "Battle of Noctus 24/7" option in the Warzone menu(s). It took me the better part of a hour to find a lobby with the city map selected. Even though I managed to get in four matches last night, the scars of my ordeal still linger. Here is the link:
Anyone messing with controller settings? I'm finding I like the lower acceleration. I'm at 2 right now but haven't settled yet.
