Every forum seems to have one apart from us! Fire away with discussion on eating/fitness/lifting. Im a personal trainer/nutritionist too, so any questions, hit me up
I just recovered from a broken leg and am about to start running again. Im sure my endurance is shot so what should I eat to maintain energy.
You may claim to be all about fitness, O ForgeHub staff. But your smilies beg to differ. The only thing remotely healthy here is the tomato, but I'm pretty certain that thing is rotten anyway.
shouldn't that be coke zero? wouldn't a standing desk be good instead of sitting your ass for hrs? and frequent breaks from looking at a monitor is good for your eyes?
I don't eat any vegetables or fruit (Aside from French fries). Will I be okay doju? I think fruits and veggies are overrated. --- Double Post Merged, Nov 11, 2015 --- Do you enjoy eating that?
Out of curiosity, how many meals a day would you recommend? Also, I've heard conflicting opinions on how caffeine affects metabolism. You have any thoughts on that subject?
Standing desk no. I think you can take a guess on whether resting your eyes is good for you. Veggies are certainly not overrated. Fruits you can get vitamin C and all that jazz from other things, hell, fruit juice even. Depends on you really. Im at 8am/12/2/6 for meals, with a snack at 10 and a shake at 8 ish. Caffeine will speed up the metabolism at first, but your body can get used to it quickly. Just stick with regular small meals.
Salad with dressing is ok. Chicken and steak are awesome My sweet potato fries are coated in Parprika, chilli and pepper, they are amazing Grapes are grapes.
I think after all of my years of not eating healthy, my body has phased out the need for fruits and veggies lol. I'm in excellent shape. To me, food is food. Calories in, calories out.
