It's just a rough idea at the moment. I'm not sure there would be enough content, and I'm not sure if I would be the right guy to run it. The idea intrigues me though. I was thinking it could be a weekly thing where a different forger comes on each week to talk about his/her forging process, favorite map, etc. I think it can be both educational and interesting.
This is something I have also thought about. Could be interesting, not sure how it would work though. Not to mention you would need an audience of people who want to listen. And as we all know the community is a little small right now. Hopefully it will ramp up a little when Halo 5 launches. Especially after forge comes out.

My feathered friend Pete started something we called the Forgecast a few months ago. We only did a few episodes, and none of us were super serious about it so it never really took off. I think that, with the right hosts, a more regular forge related podcast could be fun, though. http://petetheduck.com/category/forgecast/
I can't get it to load, which is unfortunate because I just drove four hours and would have really enjoyed listening to it. I do agree with everyone that we need a good host(s). I don't think I would do a good job because I'm an amateur forger at best and tend to trip over my words, but I'm down to help in whatever way I can. I want to become more involved in the forging community and halo community in general. If anyone has any suggestions for a host or wants to volunteer themselves, make a post about it. I'm thinking maybe we can get a group of people together on Xbox Live some time to talk about it. That's true, but as long as there is a community, small as it may be, there will be value in the podcast. We don't have to become super popular, just as long as there's SOMEBODY to listen to it, and I do think we'll have that, even if it's only the people on this website.
The idea of this being a thing makes me excited ^_^ I'd love to be interviewed about my Forging process as well as my favorite maps, etc.
Forgecast was fun. I don't have time to manage recording and releasing a podcast any more. I would actually have a hard time finding time to participate, what with the little ducklings running amok. But I do think a Forge-dedicated podcast is worth doing, absolutely.
I've decided to emerge from the shadows and invest in some broadcast gear for Halo 5 Forge. I would certainly be interested in helping produce a podcast.
Forgecast had a fantastic cast, Nokyard. I loved the different perspectives you and the others brought. I don't know how I'd work it out with availability, but if you do decide to produce, I would love to try to participate if you'll have me.
Man Forecast would be cool to get going again. I missed out on the fun last time. But yeah a forge podcast, definitely would be awesome with the right interviewers.
