I'm new to Forge Hub (though I've actually been around since Halo CE) and I was looking to download some maps for Halo 4, only problem is... I can't find the download button?! I've looked for a couple days now, but all I have accomplished is feeling stupid and angry. For the love of can somebody tell me where it is?
There isn't one because it's not possible to download maps online for MCC. Maps can be downloaded within the game by selecting yourself in the roster, selecting 'Find Player', entering the gamertag of the person who made the map you're looking for, and going to their fileshare. Yes. There's a space for a Download link for anyone who posts a map from Halo 4. I believe that's the only game you can actually download files from online. Otherwise all content needs to be downloaded in-game. Each game has a search function that allows you to find content if you know the GT of the person you're looking for. Here's a link to our Map Database that has content from every game - http://www.forgehub.com/forums/map-database.313/ As I mentioned, online downloading is no longer available for some of the games, so download links within threads will not work for those games. You'll have to search the forgers GT within the game.
Ok thanks for the help, I'll be sure to keep the map database in mind, and maybe I'll join some contests when I get the MCC.
