IGN just released a first look at the 8 PC exclusive multiplayer maps that are included in The Master Chief Collection. BTB fans rejoice!

 

Wow, we're going to need more than just 8v8 on some of those. The maps seem huge. Wonder if we could do mixed player count BTB playlists to support differently sized maps.

So Wednesday the 22nd, correct? Should be fun. I want to know more about forge. Almost approaching the release date and we have very little info. I also want to know more about "simple scripting" and what they are planning for the 'flood' gametype. Will we see new character models for that? Probably not but i'm just curious.

What about the Halo CE: Anniversary maps that were released during Reach? Will those maps be included with the MCC? No one has asked that question and no one has commented on it. I'm assuming they will not be included because it was part of Reach's matchmaking population. I wanted to see those maps again for this refresh.

 

I have a feeling this "simple scripting" is going to take forging for Infection to a whole new level.

Control schemes have been revealed.
Default control schemes from each particular game are still available within that game. In addition, there are 5 universal schemes that can be used in every game.
They are:
Universal Default (Recon)
Universal Reclaimer
Universal Zoom & Shoot
Universal Bump & Jump (Bumper Jumper)
Universal Green Fingers

In addition to that bit of info, we found out that there have been adjustments made to the international release dates of the game (should be mostly good news for those of you outside the US).
