Anyone got any good tips for quitting tobacco? I'm realizing how much money I would save if I didn't dip lol

 

Don't go into gas stations, 711s, anywhere that sells tobacco basically, just don't buy any?

Generally if you have enough willpower, you can just stop if you really want to.

Find something that you really want, and make yourself a promise that you'll get that to reward yourself if you don't dip the entire time it takes to get it by saving money that you would've spent on dip otherwise. (basically find your average monthly amount that you spend on dip and "save" that much by not buying any)

 

Try cigarettes.

 

Get psychologically hooked onto something not chemically addictive like sugarfree gum for starters, then work your way down.

 

Strange how your health doesn't factor into your decision.

 

Tobacco is good for you.
