Here's a design I like to call Ewok Village. 'tis complete with several Ewok huts, three stackable incineration cannons, and a jetpack because **** your cover.
1 second incineration cannon? Besides 1 second, please, no incineration cannons. It's impossible to miss with that thing. Also, have a height map?

Hey so I've never posted on here before, but I'm trying to sketch more and forge less. So I'm making my maps more linear, because I've noticed most of my doorways lead back into the room they came from. so this is my first attempt, red is hot blue is cold heat rises, and I used the colors for the heights.
need a key, paints. I'm assuming the dots indicate the lowest level, but I have no idea what the solid circles are.

It is my first serious attempt at a 1v1 in Halo 4. It will appeal to fans of Scythe. It is also a remake of a map I forged in Reach with Eww Your Skinny and originally designed by Hulter. Hulter's just a troll, how could he have designed a tournament map or contributed to the community? Right? Also, could that design handle doubles as well? I'm intrigued...
Well I decided to try using sketch up, this will probably make more sense. Spoiler I realized halfway through, that the bottom of the map is a gigantic straight hall, so I'm going to start over with a new map. I forged a test version, and I got the dense affect I was going for, but I think I should apply the technique to a new layout.
Really basic right now, and this is my first legitimate sketch. Be gentle, but firm with your thoughts.
I feel like the corner ramp (bottom-left) is isolated and could be op to someone with a cqb power weapon. I like this design though, good luck on perfecting this!
1. pillaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaars everywhere 2. What's that line in between the two areas at the top left marked 4? 3. Swiss cheese, man. It seems like there's a route from everywhere to everywhere.. which decreases the importance of prediction because that guy around the corner could be coming at you from five places (exaggeration). What are you supposed to do? Example: top right area is swiss cheese.
So much yes. @Spin- the single shot incineration cannon can work. Stop telling people it can't work when I have seen it work and have made a map where it works. Put it on a 2 minute timer on a design like sequence or hold.
