YES. Success! I think I may cancel the recap thread. It seems pretty clear that me not having time to do it lately is helping to kill it as a thing that we do. C'est la vie. Hopefully the improved conversation in the lobby is helping you guys anyway, and if anybody needs more detailed advice, look for me on the weekend.
Yeah, I just havent had the time to sit down and do this. It's unfortunate, but we do go over a lot in the lobbies fortunately.
I will always do my best to post feedback but it will usually take a couple days. It would be great to also receive feedback. While I can watch from each person's viewpoint on one of my maps, it's still good to hear what people think too. Gravitas By Juanez Sanchez Great Map once you figure out how to get where you're going. My only complaint would be that sometimes it seems busy and initially hard to figure out. But like I said, once you do know the routes it is fine. Deja Vu by SixteenthMatt This was just a really solid map that creates all kinds of encounters and was good at spreading out the gameplay to the whole map. Couldn't really think of any improvements. It's that good IMO. Double Helix by AnotherClaymore Agree with what someone else said about the middle area being over-used. On Hill anyway. I think nutduster said something about making the bottom mid an obstruction and I like that. Also, architecturally it would look like something is holding up the middle structure. Transit by TMR Legend Really cool concept that is forged well. The shear number of rooms and areas you were able to create is impressive. I did notice that we spawned too close to LOS of enemies initially. Dynamic lighting turned off was just fine, but You could actually consider making some items cast shadows so it looks more like lighting is on, but that some rooms just have ambient light. Try varying the height of your trees, it will look more natural. Also if there's a way to draw more of the traffic indoors that would be good. Esterno by HgT Noise I just loved pretty much everything about this map. It couldn't have played much better IMO. The only gripe I had was that lots of my kills ended up not being finished because the enemy could always duck behind something it seemed. Conscendo by HgT Noise I like the way you forged this, as it has really creative construction. I'd like to see the 3x1 flats standing side by side opened up a tiny bit so you can go through them. I was okay with the circular plus arena style to it, except that the outer circle didn't get used much. Vandelay by Nutduster Great map and I'm glad I finally got to play it. Zion Park v1.3 by TMR Legend Overall, great improvements over last week's. I was sad to see the hog busting through the wall gone, but perhaps it was for budget reasons. Perhaps more enclosure in some spots of the bottom area would make some areas feel safer.
