Halo 3 PC petition

it's going to take a lot more than 200 signatures to influence MS, 200,000 more like it.

 

More like 500k. Seriously though, if they dont want to make it they arent going to. And even if it is miraculously ported, it will have shitty Games for Windows Live amd it will be limited to 30fps.

 

More importantly, let's petition Crytek to make a TimeSplitters HD Collection!

 

I've never seen a PC port that was limited to 30 FPS, they have all had full frames compared to the console versions... I don't know where ya get that from. On top of that, Halo 3 on PC would not only run at a full 60 FPS but you would be able to use things like ENB lighting and high resolution textures mods which would make halo 3 look about 10x better than it does on Xbox 360. Not to mention a Mouse and Keyboard control setup which blows a controller out of the water for any FPS game.

I signed the petition for sure... all we need is 499,000 more sigs.

 

Internet petitions are kind of pointless. I'm not sure that anything has ever been accomplished by them.

 

So basically, if it goes through, they send a letter to microsoft HQ, which just gets ignored amongst the millions of other letters?

Yeh, it's a bit​ of a flawed concept...

good points from all 3 of you... I know Microsoft only cares about money and nothing else, so I could see them porting Halo 3 to PC if it will make them a lot of money. But, if it isn't a significant amount, they just won't give a crap. It's a shame corporations are so strict with doing stuff like this. Halo 3 on PC would be amazing.

Halo 3 was found in the steam launcher a long time ago, so they are probably already working on it.

 

It will take a lot of signatures to persuade Microsoft to put Halo 3 on PC. Especially since this is an internet petition and most internet petitions are unsuccessful.

 

I don't understand why they stopped porting halo to the PC after halo 2. If they would've continued I'm sure that it would be much more popular.

 

I hope by some miracle this is true. Imagine Halo 3 compatible with the Oculus Rift...
