Here is a sampling of maps that are either in the testing phases, or under construction.

    Echelon

Initially starting as a remake of Xenolith from Halo 3, I changed design direction early on to being mirrored symmetric instead of quad-symmetric.

Suitable for mid-sized teams. Also set up for multiteam games. Supports Oddball, KotH, Slayer, Regicide, and CTF. There is also a one-flag version as well.

    Testing needed: Single/multi flag

    Blindside

The beginning build was meant to be quad-symmetric. But, with a little coaxing from friends against this idea, I went with a quad-symmetric center, and mirrored symmetric outlying bases and structures.

Suitable for teams of 5v5 or smaller. Multiteam is also available. Supports Oddball, KotH, Slayer, Regicide, and CTF. One-Flag variant also available.

    Testing needed: Single/multi flag

    Fracture

All hail Forerunner thingies sticking out of rocks! This remake of my Halo 3 map Frailty is still in the building phases.
Oh, and the face of the cliff has vines growing out of it.

Well, the last one definitely caught my attention. Really nice look to that forerunner spire, would love to test it whenever you get to that point with it.

Looks cool, last one especially. Would love to see the second one finished asap as I love seeing rounded structures/ rooms. I could be wrong but from that one screenshot it looks very reminiscent of simplex?

Actually, Blindside doesn't really have any rooms at all. I guess you could consider the center structure a "room", but it is open around all sides and isn't really a walled-in type of building. But the natural map geography makes it feel enclosed. I would say it feels like a room but isn't a standard room. If that makes any sense. Probably not :D.

From the screenshots, the second and third map look fantastic. Really like what you did with the spire on the last one, and the second one had a really nice colouration and layout from what I can see. First one looks a tad iffy, but that's do to the erosion pallet I think. Layout looks like it would play fairly well, just not a fan of the colour... or lack thereof. All in all, very nice. Can't wait to see the official releases.

You'd be correct on the coloration of Echelon being the fault of Erosion. It's just got such a wretched hue in there. Not to mention that the particular area I put the map in has a perma-shadow all around the perimeter. Meaning unless I used a modded map with a dozen lights to throw down, player models look almost completely black if they stand in the right spot. Still, throughout all the tests that have been had on Echelon, this issue hasn't proven to be anything other than a minor annoyance.

Last one looks great. I love how you actually managed to use the artifact bases well. I'd really like to see some more pictures of it.

Once I get all the structures finished I'll be taking a few more pics.
