    New 1v1 map in progress. Check it out.

    For those who weren't big on Forge and/or ForgeHub back in the Halo 3 days, check this out. This map is a remake of Lights's Carbon from Halo 3. I got permissions and stuffs, dun worreh.

    Lemme know what you guys think. I'll need some testers soon :)

    Looking good! It's interesting to know that this is a remake of a Forged Halo 3 map. Has that been done before?

    As always, I'm up for testing. Invite me whenever you see me online (which may be quite often, now I'm on holiday).

    This looks ****ing sweet! Dat first pic man. The forging is super clean and the layout looks really interesting for a 1v1. I've never seen anyone put effort into the look of ceilings :p

    That brings back memories bro. I remember that tournament, and that was one of my favorites from that contest. Oh man, those were the days...

    As a big fan of Carbon in H3, I'm really happy with the amount of effort that you've put in to making this map so far. Simply put, it's ****ing gorgeous dude. I'm really digging the piece usage on the map. You've managed to make the map loom clean while also using a variety of different textures and objects.
    I look forward to destroying you on this map ;)

    Thanks a bunch guys. I've now got a completed version of this in my fileshare if anyone's interested. I'm gonna be doing a lot of testing these next few days to get everything perfect so whoever else is interested, just lemme know!

    EDIT: One quick thing I forgot to mention, the map plays best with no radar, no starting AAs, no personal ordnance, and BR starts. I have a gametype in my fileshare called Heads Up Slayer that takes care of that for you though, feel free to use that :)

    This map looked great as far as I could tell, but the Carbines everywhere seem like they would be better off as BRs and that weapon set could use some changing (on the AA side of things). Solid.

    Been on for the past hour, it still says my messages are pending...
    If you see this beforehand, I replaced regen field with speed boost, it turned out playing really well after a few initial concerns. Come check it out soon.

    Yeah, Regen didn't really help much. Good change sounds good. I want to play this with you again later.

    Wait so can Dax finish the map or not :/ I am confuzzled...

    Either way sexy as all hell. Obviously I wasn't around during the glory days of H3 but I hope it will still retain the feel. I know everyone knows this trick by now but for a true H3 feel you can bump the damage modifiers to 110% and make the BR a 4 shot like it used to be.
