Maps don't have to be made in that timeframe, if that is what you are trying to say. You can nominate a map that has been made from any time. As long as it has not already won, it is eligible.
I guess, But lets just state this. The strongside topic has more posts in it then all of the other "Top Maps" combined. I think that shows who's has the best map in december unless the map creator was flaming in his own topic to promote but i don't remember that. My main gripe is why did the noms end before december ended. If anything they should have started the last week of december and we should vote the first week of january
Quality of maps should not be determined by Number of posts. Also FHF is to simply nominate your favorite that you have played. Theres no timeline.
You seem to not understand how FHF works. The fact that Strongside isn't in for the voting is purely your fault. Why didn't the people who amassed those posts in Strongside's thread nominate it more? There was plenty of time between it popping up on the forums and nominations closing for there to be more than three noms. Three-fourths of the month is dedicated to nominating maps. If that isn't enough time for you dude, then I dunno what to say. Furthermore, there will be another FHF in January. And February. And March. Etc... This isn't its one and only chance to attain an FHF and if it is clearly the better map, then I foresee it having no problems. Good day.
You, I like you. Also, I voted for Ciela a while ago because its a pretty fun and awesome 1v1 map, of which I'd like to see a lot more of in the future. AND, dax made it.
