AstroTurf "This relay station on the Outskirts of UNSC Controlled space, has a very familiar courtyard, reminiscent of Earth's Metropolitan areas." AstroTurf is my cheesily named remake of Turf from Halo 2, and an improved version of my popular variant "Outskirts" from Halo Reach. I decided to stray from the Human Streets type aesthetic and leaned heavily on the space station theme, AstroTurf is set in the courtyard/transportation area of a deep space relay station. You wont find any sky scrapers, scarabs or bridges, but it is still invariably Turf. All gametypes, 16 players, and boat loads of nostalgia are supported. I believe File share searching are simply down for the moment, or hours , you have to actually go to the persons Gamer Profile to download the files right now.
So wait, there is a way to get at nillapuddin's files right now? I've tried the Map Variants -> File Share Search -> Gamertag route with no such luck. But it's been broken for everyone's gamertag. nillapuddin, would you mind matching with me and just loading up the maps so I can grab them from temp? I really want to play some customs with these. I'll send out a FR, anyway. [br][/br]Edited by merge: Another solution might just be to re-upload them to your file share. I uploaded my map yesterday or the day before and I can search for myself and find it, so they may have just wiped the search data recently, accounting for the inconsistent returns overall but consistent returns on specific maps. [br][/br]Edited by merge: Managed to download all of your maps; they look great! I will say that on both AstroTurf and Keystone, the soft kill barrier is a little low such that hitting the soft-ceiling results in the 10 second count-down flashing on screen. If you raise it a bit, it'll still do its job, but also not pop up when people nudge that roof. This is especially noticeable on Keystone where the jumper pads have you hitting the soft ceiling all the time.
Im glad you were able to download them finally, Im aware that on Turf the ceiling is a bit low, and if your meandering there are places you can hit it, its one of my probable alterations in the next version. (I will speak on this briefly) However on Keystone, I cannot replicate that, I do not touch the soft kill without the use of jetpack in any instance. Please move any feedback, criticisms or discussion about that into the Keystone thread though please.

yeah, I was able to grab some maps, but I can see none of yours. I also noticed that one of my maps disappeared.
Over the night I got probably 20 something messages from people just trying to get a message back so they can see my in game profile without searching, apparently that works I guess? If so, yall can spam me for messages. It appears to be seriously wonky.
hands down best turf remake super accurate to scale and gameplay plus has amazing aesthetics. You truly took a human map int a city and made it really feel like ur in a space station.
