It still wasn't working for me, so I shut my **** off, restarted the system and re-loaded up Halo 4. The Marketplace had a "New!" star next to it, and it showed up just fine.
So I checked my LE box for the card with all of my codes on. Turns out that the first code is for Specialisations, Skins, Emblems AND the Map Pass. Bravo, Microsoft. Bravo.
I feel like I wasted 40$ almost everything that I bought LE for has been stripped away, but hey, I got a metal case, right?, right??
A little bit of false equivalency there. Unless you bought Halo 2 LE for 15 bucks when Halo 2 came out then that claim is a little hollow other than purely for lulz over the fact that it came in a metal case.
There has been one glitch that worked out in my favor. I forgot to mention it on here. I had the 200 double xp tokens from Mountain Dew/Doritos. I used them all. (within the first two weeks) Last week I randomly play a game. At the end of the game, it gives me double xp, and says "You have 18 tokens remaining". All 18 worked, even after I turned the game off, didn't play for a day or two, etc. So I got 219 tokens.
So I find it weird that Shatter has no warthogs besides the neutral dominion gauss hog. It drives really well and would be great for mantis-hog cooperation. Still a very fun map. The map pack actually plays very small for the size of the maps, I have rarely found a situation in which I would rather have a DMR over BR or Carbine.
So...after I downloaded the map pack (finally) I went back to the dashboard and was greeted with this error, Some xbox live content is temporarily unavailable. Status Code: 80072ee2 Man, when Halo ****s up it brings down all of xbox live with it
It was mostly for lulz. I know that doesn't have much weight since Live's cut off on Halo 2 so the only use for it is to sit on my shelf and look magnificent.

Within the first 30 seconds of my first game on Wreckage, I was getting crazy amounts of lag, no split screen. Anybody else noticing this? Edit: second game was ok. Might've just been someone's connection first game
alright, so my first impressions of these maps: i'll keep it short and sweet: harvest - has potential to be a good competitive map, but too many hogs and ghosts. i think it has the most solid layout of all 3 maps, however the buildings and rocks themselves are just kind of boring looking to me. wreckage - seems like this has really quickly become the same as longbow - control the top hill with the sword spawn and let them come to you. the rest of the map is gorgeous, but its pretty cluttered and i still dont quite get all the ins and outs of it. i also dont understand why oddball is in the rotation on this map. shatter - again, gorgeous map. HATE the layout, especially for CTF. in fact, i hate it for slayer as well. this is my least favorite. the map just feels cluttered and frustrating to me. the vehicles are useless (even more than usual) due to the excess of little nooks and crannies to hide in. overall, i still had fun and its fresh to have new maps, but they are just slightly unremarkable to me. of course this is only first impressions and i may change my mind, as i often do. shatter and wreckage might be better in BTB instead, i have not tried that yet. i think the best thing about all 3 maps is the skyboxes. HAWT. looking forward to diggin deeper into them though. also, the acheivements seem to be borked. i got one of them just by driving around a ghost, didnt even hit the man cannon at all.
So far I've had nothing but trouble on Shatter. Definitely the worst playing of the three. Snipers on the team bases are overpowered. I shouldn't complain however, since I got the map pack for free.
