-When players are at apex, can they move around a little? -Will vehicles float up? Which ones? -Can you edit gravity zones so their intensity shifts?
1) Yes, the can bounce around 2)Vehicles are effected. It's rather funny to watch. This excludes the mantis. 3)Well, you can stack in different areas. Say you want a strong bottom, you put an extra gravity volume in that area only. And invincible vehicles can be moved and ****ed around with the detonator
Seriously? I'm so ****ing pissed! How the **** am I supposed to build **** now? Broken forge is already broken
That reminds me. Berb, do objects still shift placement slightly after you save and quit? Because that's more important to me than precision controls. Poor precision controls means it's harder to get a piece where you want it, poor forge object angle quantisation means you'll never get an object where you want it.
Berb, are dominion objects visible during slayer gametypes, or only visible in dominion? regarding the precision nudge, they've already said they're doing a day 1 patch to fix a bunch of small bugs. i've got my fingers crossed that that is one of the bugs they'll be addressing. its an unused button, it must be a mistake. edit - that news about not being able to change the flood claw has to be the worst news yet. :'(
Dominion sounds like it's going to be the new invasion. I foresee a shitstorm of dominion maps in the next few weeks.
RIP: Infection minigames Aesthetic maps (no monitor zoom-in) Rock Arch Precision editing Is the water area on Erosion comparable in size to the Impact forge space? EDIT: OH. Also, are there one-sided CTF/objective games? In other news, Berb is a fruit.
Not really, I mean besides spitters and using gravity hammers for zombie "tanks", swords were really the only weapon the infected carried. Anyway, I don't want to pile too many questions on you, but edit coordinates different this time around? I remember in reach it was inconsistent. If you changed the pitch or roll of an object, it would always rotate it east/west and north/south respectively. However, when you changed the pitch, say, 30 degrees and changed the yaw, it would turn on a 30 degree angel, relative to itself instead of relative to the world, like the other two. also, did they **** up the 90 degree rotation snap, where sometimes it turns 180 degrees instead of 90?
Some awesome information there, Berb. Thanks for doing this for us. My only question regards how the lighting is with merged objects. Nothing to specific, I'm just curious if the shadows are glitchy or otherwise bad if several objects are merged together, or if its all good.
I have an question about the banshee. I watched some gameplay, and everyone is using the automatic plasma turret, is the fuel rod shot gone? Because i didnt really know that.
