I know.. we are all mad about the Forge things, im thinking you especially with the falcon. But we have to be more creative, wich i like, im making some maps in reach before is over, but im really going to start to forge in Halo 4. And im sure we will get great, awesome and unique maps. I know but the difference between player trait zones and safe havens is that zones will work for all players and havens only for humans. I hope they kept that in mind, and just added the safe havens again.
so.. to everyone watching the IGN stream... what do you think of "Settler" (the forge map on Ravine) it seems... ehhh... not sure if i like it. but what i do like is the up close view im seeing of Ravine
Its ok, not really good, ok. For me atleast. But i saw somenthing very weird at the end of that game, wich explains they dont want us too use the water.. The guy jumped out of the warthog, reached the water, and fell through it. FELL. THROUGH. IT. No water psychics? Would explaind the no water forging. I am really confused about this, but the ravine looks very intresting, the hooks and nooks of it, it will be used much to my believe.
he fell INTO it. get over your obsession with the water maybe? i just noticed another hilarious tactic... during oddball, the guy passed his oddball to the enemy that was about to kill him, causing that guy to grab the ball and be unable to shoot, and then killed him. i love that.
I really payed attention to that part, he definitly did not fall in. There was happening somenthing weird. I have the feeling in the IGN live stream that mitch (the player) sucks at one moment, and then suddenly gets an triple kill and owns em. Relay looks pretty good to me, its better then Settler at least, im just curious to see the third one. I think much people will play Slayer Pro, halo 3 br fans at least. No radar, and you only have an BR.
Well still, HAMSTER MAZE SLAYER MAP [sub]on impact[/sub]. I haven't really been keeping up on the latest halo 4 [insert category here] news. Anyone care to give me a one paragraph rundown?
Hopefully that will include some fixes for custom game options. They've also been talking about all the things that they plan to add to the game "post-launch", which I can only assume must be game options, gametypes, or new matchmaking playlists.
if its anything like the 343 stream the other day that i missed, start googling it in a couple hours, you should see videos of it popping up on other sites soon enough. i think it was halo4nation that i found a bunch of them on, and then the entire thing was on youtube the next day. link with details? or was it just a tweet or something?
