Chemical. DiffEQ has always been better than Calc 3 for me, and it is getting better. I was recently thrown off by just how much a graph of a polar differential equation looks like a doodle from when you are half awake in a boring lecture. (graph of r'=r(r-1), theta'=-1) Probably Jewish people!
Ah, I'm interested in Chemistry but I'm also afraid at the same time because in High School, they threw me into Chemistry with only Algebra 1 under my belt and no physics background. That class was rough but I passed. My school was pretty retarded though. Hopefully some of the intro Chem classes get me all caught up to speed. I took the high school one about 3-4 years ago but I built my math game up quite a bit. I also watch some open courseware videos on YouTube from time to time.
Chemistry is pretty easy if you pay attention. AP Chem was, and still is to date, the hardest test I have ever taken though. College Board set that class up so poorly, I hope they've changed it since.
the paying attention is the bit where its a struggle. atm im writing my notes into a need to know book. so far ive got half of quantum mechanics.
Not my experience at all, took it in spring '10, knocked out a 5. I found Physics C Mech and Physics C Mag to be immensely more difficult, not to mention my college midterms and final exams blowing all of them out of the water.
When I took it in '08 the teacher told us, and indeed the course description on collegeboard supported it, that the teacher was only expected to cover 30% of what was on the test. Hence the low score necessary to pass. Well, I studied everything she taught us, only to find that one section (of many) that she taught was actually on the test. Literally everyone in our class looked up at each other during the test and made this "what the hell is this" look. It was just the luck of the draw.
AP Bio was not so bad, Chem and English suck though My English Teacher has a boner for annotated stories
