If you get the limited edition of Halo 4 it comes stitched together into a movie as an extended version. So more scenes than are on the online version.
I'm calling bull on that. First of all, at 3:15 they show Sullivan and the Russian chick looking at the screen. If you mean the following 4 seconds, if you can see a grunt in that footage you're going to have to take a high res screenshot of exactly where you see a "grunt" and point it out. While I don't deny that footage could be a fire fight between UNSC and covenant, they are purposely not showing any hint of the covenant yet to build suspense.
I think he mistook some contorted body for a grunt or he's referencing grunts at that point in another vidoc about H4. I thought they showed an elite at some point in a trailer that looked pretty good. I don't have high hopes though after the videos so far.
I don't know. From a film makers perspective, it may be a clever thing to do. Posing him as the underdog and then later BAM becomes a 3 metre super-solider.
Except they showed him as an older, middle-aged man already. Ty Olsson plays him. He's supposed to be in Halo 4 as well. Definitely not a spartan. (Making him one would be pretty cheap imo).
Pretty awesome vid. ODST dropping in was pretty intense. Spartan had 104 on him which is fred's number idk what that means though.
Looked at the clip again, Fred had not fallen but was fighting, my mistake. Also...that explains why the Russian chick has had little background set up for her.
Thomas Lasky He becomes a commander aboard the UNSC Infinity (explaining the beginning of the first episode and his role in Halo 4)
theyre at an officer training academy, how could any of them possibly become spartans or ODSTs anyway?
That all depends on you. Forward Unto Dawn isn't like required watching to get any of the events of Halo 4, it is just extra information to bolster the canon. In my opinion it is entertaining enough to merit my time watching it but again all of it depends on what you are looking for out of such a series to be deemed "worthy".
Spoiler It kind of reminded me of that scene from War of the Worlds when the clothes where falling from the sky for some reason.
