It has to do with entering/exiting any given area, the amount of time since last going down, and off/on host. On host, it will completely decay in about five minutes. Off host, it will only decay from save/quit and reloading an area. Also, Hyperius and Master Gee are complete and utter BS. after killing them twice we have only 19 goddamn Seraphim crystals? Seriously? And we need 120 to get anything from the store. And if that weren't bad enough, it all looks like complete trash. Goddamn bosses. At least they make Terra the Not-So-Invincible look like a wet tampon. Thank god for hard bosses, even if they are nintendo hard.

Finally no more wasting all my ammo and more on them. They do go down fast if you've got a good grenade mod that spawns child grenades and it lands inbetween their feet.
You guys already are at Hyperius while i still am trying to beat the warrior, a second time. And its pretty hard, i get 3/4 off his health but then he breath,s fire and i die in one hit. Saturn was an pain in the ass too, was 46 trying to beat him. Even jack was an challenge, i really need some new weaponary.
I hate all of you. ;-; I only JUST got to level 20 with my Gunzerker on the PC. I have a 22 Commando on Xbox, but... I like PC better. ._.
If you need to kill Hyperius, farm the orange SMG from Madame von Bartlesby. With the Bee, it does massive damage when thrown.
To take this to twink levels of awesome, you can grab an SMG magazine and damage class mod from terra (its a purple drop, friggin' amazing), a class mod that increases magazine size, and either a siren/gunzerker for even MORE magazine size, or a zero for death mark. You can kill everything. Everything.

the singularity affect on phaselock makes that a whole lot easier. plus you can camp behind a rock by the entrance and do it solo, only slower, but no risk. if you don't get the acid to stick to him, or a player that it downs, it rises and hits the whole team.
Alternatively, if you just want to farm him the glitch is still an option - it's less heroic and not really legit, but it's a possibility.
Though I'm not far enough along to know much about the bee yet, I'm assuming some of these strategies will have to change after it's patched, right?
