Don't imagine that I took offence; I was mostly kidding. I just wanted to see if you'd have the balls to directly tell me or Berb what was obviously your true opinion on the matter. Just know you're making it abundantly clear that you invest as much credit in the amount of effort the creator vallied as the end result and the quality. In Le Musket's case, I personally feel like the end result is nothing to laugh off casually. I truly don't want this to turn into an argument because I'm close friends with the creator of one of these other maps, have a tremendous amount of respect for the creators of the other three, and would honestly like to see everything on the board emerge victorious. My take on this is that I'm probably not going to end up voting.
Don't you mean four? It is a casual gametype, that was accidentally created when he started up a game with the wrong settings. It is nothing against the creator, I just find it inappropriate for this gametype to be in the same list as these maps. And I hate to say it, because I appreciate Forgehub, but things like this is why Forgehub a bad reputation amongst competitive map forgers. These are four well-designed maps.
Three of the maps were made by forgers whose merit I acknowledge. The aforementioned is true of the creator of the fourth as well, but I add to that the fact that my friendship with him extends to a biasing degree. You've only restated the highly opinionated point regarding the perspective we're both already clear that you view this from; all you're doing now is gilding your explanation to emphasize it in a colored light. This argument will be on an express route for nowhere if I were to do the same, so if you want my response to this you can just read my first post again; The second and third paragraphs, in that order. I'm really sorry if I sounded harsh; I just yelled at someone over in GnA and I'm in that really condescending argumentitive mood.
