How could they spell "Cheetah" wrong? It doesn't bother me THAT much -- only because the game looks beautiful! I'm glad they're hinting at the return of the bikes though. Unless it has already been confirmed.... I'm a bit out of the loop.
it looks to me like 'CHEETAH' is a bit covered by sun glare. I think the H is hiding. It looks unbalanced without the other H. Pretty sure bikes are back, they were in the trailer and the game is sposed to be MASSIVE. idk, just seems right.
They didn't spell Cheetah wrong by accident, that's just the name of the car model. Real world companies do that **** all the time.
It's not spelled wrong, knuckleheads. The H is invisible because of the sun flare on the car. If you look at how the lettering is centered, E E T is directly over the license plate; C H is to the left of the plate; and A... is to the right. There's an H there too, you just can't see it - it's the only thing that makes any kind of sense from a design standpoint. Anyway, screens look great. I can't wait for trailer #2 (and the game, of course).
Indeed. Could have been clearer about that, but I was just underlining and clarifying it since the guy right above me seemed not to notice that explanation. Anyway, new screens also look gorgeous. The variety of scenery is truly impressive. And may I just say, dirt bikes plus countryside = the full return of GTA glory, as far as I'm concerned. I must have spent 20 solid hours in San Andreas just dirt-biking up and down the hills and mountains (often with the FBI chasing me). And there's a parachute, a bicycle... seems like they're truly trying to create a current-gen San Andreas. So psyched!
Have flyable planes actually been confirmed yet? I know they've been hinted at, and in some cases actually shown, so it's safe to assume they are in it, but I'd like some Rockstar confirmation.
They haven't exactly confirmed it in words, but the headline for the pictures showing off the bike, the Cheetah, and the jet fighter was "Transport," and the picture with the jet does show the protagonist, or I should say the guy we presume to be the protagonist, flying it. all i hope is that they redo the driving physics. PLEEEASSE. I dont llike feeling like im driving on gravel unless im in a high end sports car.
They did feel too slippery. I got used to it, to some extent, but I missed the tighter turns (that allowed for overall higher velocity) of San Andreas.
http://media.rockstargames.com/rockstargames/img/global/news/upload/actual_1345810337.jpg fast and furious car theft? also the helicopter laser sight will at-least stop that situation where your being sniped by it and can't even work out where it is.
That's just because everybody drives by pulling in the trigger all the way. I do too, it's easy to get used to, but pulling the trigger all the way is effectively the same as flooring it. If you pull in the trigger slightly and pull more as you gain speed, the cars actually handle like you would expect.
