I recommend either putting ice underneath the waterflow of armour, or having this setup floor|wall| ___ |___| |OB |DIS| |___|_<_| OB= obsidian DIS= Dispenser the floor area is empty space, the arrow under the dispenser is where the dispenser is pointing, then have multiple dispensers like this lined up. The obsidian will prevent people from getting to the dispenser to grab more armour than they need. or, what you can also do is have those command blocks with commands /give nearest player (item of armour) and have a few of these command blocks all hooked up to a source, so that when the source is pressed, it triggers multiple command blocks which give you the items. . button """""""""|"""""""""""""""""" command block [give nearest player chain legs] . redstone command block [give nearest player chain boots] . redstone etc.
This is just a Proof of concept, and to see if I could do it. And I think that the dispenser thing is better, so its not tossing your armor on the floor infront of you, where a team-mate might run over it and pick it up. You only have to do the dispenser once, and your armor will stay on through the whole game. Draco got me back into Minecraft, somehow. I'm in the progress of building what I call The Tower of Babylon. I'm building it in the water between a desert and jungle biome.
