EDIT: Apparently that some people are saying that the Unicorn/FOTUS armor is only given to players that buy the Halo 4 Xbox Console. The picture is titled "Halo 4 Legendary Edition Content" but is subtitled "Limited Edition Console SKU". Well, damn.
The point of my link was that it also includes the ammo/awareness and sensor upgrades under the same category, which aren't linked to completing specialisations. So hopefully there is less of a balance issue here as you would have to swap them out once you complete your chosen specialisation, although it remains to be seen how powerful each armour mod is in practice.
That horn is hilarious. Although that emblem has me wondering, are they using it to replace the current unicorn emblem? So you can only be a unicorn by shelling out for the console? If so, that's lame. Edit: I think that Recruit armor is the only decent armor I've seen yet (IMO)...I want it, but not for 40 more bucks...

It's right in line with other pay-specific content as far as I'm concerned. If you can buy armor or a helmet or a skin, why not an emblem? It's all aesthetic fluff anyway.
