They say it's good as a force modifier vs. vehicles. I think that means it will bounce them around like DMRs bounce hogs in Reach. (as well as chewing them to pieces)

The SAW scares me, yet another weapon scrubs would blindly spam and get lucky. And it looks pretty overpowered/disorienting. I know H4's supposed to be faster paced, but that just doesnt seem halo..
One thing I noticed was the Spartan holding the magnum when they introduced it. Is it just me, or is that JFO?
I don't see the SAW as being completely overpowering, kinda going with nexy on this one ^^^ but that green smoke is pretty intresting...
I am so excited to see more railgunning. It's like the mini-laser I always hoped for. LMG looks useful, but I would want it only as a secondary weapon. I don't think it will be well used long range, the BR and DMR will reign supreme there still. I have no fears about it as that 'skill-less' weapon.
To be frank, I don't think the game should be balanced around mini-games. I shouldn't have a useless weapon in Matchmaking just so that it can be used far more effectively in mini-games. I understand why it's helpful, but the game should be balanced around the higher levels of play. Everything else, in terms of balance, is secondary. As for the one-shotting, yeah, it works, but so would a DMR, BR, Carbine, LightRifle or other precision weapons. I just don't like how the Pistol is basically just a really bad DMR. At least make it unique with something like a really, really fast swap time and a buff or something, so that it has a unique place in the sandbox. It's just a placeholder version of the DMR to be dropped for literally any other primary weapon or better. I just don't think Halo needs 'secondary' weapons. I think 'primary' and 'power' is enough. Both are necessary for flow. Nothing more is needed. I want all weapons to be good.
That railgun shot the warthog twice and it didn't look like it did any damage to the warthog, or move it at all
I wouldn't call the magnum a really bad DMR. They said that the swap time is really fast. I think it'd be a great combo with the BR. BR+Magnum is looking to be my preferred weapon set right now.
I may run Pistol, probably have a PP instead, but I'd easily swap it for another (non-automatic, unless desperate times or it actually gets to be good) primary weapon, semi-power weapon or power weapon. I like it when each weapon in the sandbox can stand alone, and not require another weapon to be somewhat-useful. That's just what I see in it right now. I mean, a 6sk with 8 bullets in the mag? You basically have to have another good weapon at that point, and if you do, finish with that one or get another good weapon. Running out of ammo mid-fight with a primary isn't very common unless you run with an AR. At least, in my experience. This decision to have 'secondaries' is my least favorite in the weapon sandbox. Otherwise, I could do without the redundancy but I like a lot of the new stuff.
It could be a number of different game modes. When they say "Legit" and such then they could be hinting at less known game modes, but I could be mistaken.
