Do want. First was brilliant apart from the godawful story. Also good to see the return of the Soldier class in the form of Axton, but I think this time I'll probably use Zer0 (dat laser sword).

Hopefully this time I can actually think of a better build than just putting all my points into random **** lol.

<3 The more I see of this game the more I can't wait to get it. More variety of weapons, more diverse environments, more enemies, more side quests, while still keeping true to the first game. Sounds pretty promising to me

I can't say i'm a massive borderlands fan. I haven't had the time to get interested in it.

But i'm getting it for free because of my PC company failing badly. So what is the storyline, style of play, etc?

As someone who games (almost) exclusively on Xbox: good. Publishers etc. need to stop screwing over the PC crowd, the Skyrim DLC wait and similar things are a bullshit way to treat that market.

Think of it as xbox cowering under the might of the steam machine.

Sigh. I'd feel even more strongly about this issue if, despite all protestations, people on both sides weren't so ridiculous. I think the first game publishing exec who said the words "divide and conquer" must have been given the biggest bonus in the history of the industry. I mean, why hate on the publishers who perpetuate this stupid sense of competition when we can poke fun at one another?

I know you're basically joking, but I think this is a pretty stupid state of affairs all things considered, I just don't find it as funny as most other people seem to. The only reason I kinda like to see PC getting some advances/exclusivity as well is because it, at the very least, brings some sense of equality to the table, even if this also opens the door for both sides to act equally stupid about it.

Might this be the first sequel to a great game that build upon the last one in the right way? I am soooooo excited for this game. I'll make sure that my roommates and I beat it like 5 times. atleast.

Man if they just put more effort into their story (like they did with the zombie island of dr. ned, just truly embracing the absurdist humor) I will love this game like no other.

the whole new streamlined menu system seems to be a continuation of Skyrim. He made that point in the video, so i wasn't bashing him for it. Anyway, i've been playing Borderlands a bit in anticipation, so i thought i'd show off the guns i've managed to accumulate after a while of playing.
