tex just playtesting the non finished version was exceptional (remember the pacifist team) I mean come on what more could you ask 9/10
tex i am glad you posted this i just couldn't wait i am also starting to see your forging skills increasing every single map you make i think that some of are best forgers are going to have some competition keep up the good work and i can't wait tho see the vid map = 5/5 in my opinion
We just played it randomly there, and I have to say it's one of the best Foundry maps I've ever played. It was one of those maps that felt like an actually map and not a Foundry box job. Excellent, excellent work. 5/5

Wow you 2 did a great job! I did a quick walk through and really liked the map. I haven't had the chance to play a game on it just yet but I'm excited to try a flag game out! The layout of the map is great. I was checking out the spawns and I really liked the fact that there are spawns areas and not just points. Very cool how you made giant blocks like that but like I said I haven't seen it in action. The weapon choices look very nice except you can use the bruteshot to get to very unique spots on your map. There is an open box on top of the attackers spawn that I made it in. Yea way up there... lol. Its pointless to do but I just want you to be aware. This map has such a nice flow... keep 'em coming!
ouch, we definitely failed to do everything we wanted again...you broke our map...this makes me wanna cry, do you do this on purpose? do you have something against us??? I mean you broke X and now U...i hate you!!! lol, jk, like you said, it doesn't do very much good to get ontop there, and I hope that noone tries to do that mid-game, as it would be fatal for their game :-X also, there was good reason using the single box-open there, and that is....yet again...we RAN OUT OF ITEMS!!! we seem to keep having this problem, and hope it won't happen on our newest project, which will be epic if we can get it completed without running into "too many items on map" or having every building item say "0" items left...I hate forges limits, though, without them, there wouldn't be the added challenge....
excellent combination of interlocking, but not going overboard, to give it a simple feel, with great playability. How's the "escapability" though? It looks like you've used a lot of the pieces up in foundry
I DL'd and played this map with a few friends last night. This map is great! I really like the design/flow of the map. It seems like there is always an escape route if I am in a bad situation. The structures are very creative. The extra platforms leading from the lower level to the cake hill are very useful. I also like the design of the center structure of the map. keep up the good work!
ive been waiting awhile for this one. ever since i saw the panoramic picture on your sig actually. overall, i love this map. some parts of it seem a little open, and im sure some will point it out, but if you look at bungie maps too, theres plenty of open space. i think this map is almost perfect. i cant wait to see your next project!
as for the escapability lintendo, there is apparently a way to brute shot into the single-box open at the attackers side, which, i hope you slap yourself in the face if you wanna sit in a box for an entire round...also, there is a pretty simplistic feel, i thought...thanks ya, we based this map off it's stuctures, the 2 bases, the sniper tower, the center structure, and the "cake" hill were all thought out with lots of time...we went over many different ideas and this is what we came up with... Thanks, we had that panorama up since we were ready for playtesting, which we soon found out, this took alot of playtesting, & i rather didn't mind people knowing it was soon to come, so i left it up there...as for the openness, you're right, look at bungie's maps, and ffs, this is halo people, you are meant to use tactics in this game, we leave you with a variety of options, though, some people just can't seem to pick up the bubbles, the sniper, the mauler, the BATTLE RIFLES, or even stickies...I feel bad when people have a hard time getting to the center structure,but then i realize what they are doing, they are running in there with a god dang assault rifle....and i no longer feel bad..
hahaha I honestly have nothing against you 2. I didn't get to play your project x until is was old news and i was excited to play your new map. I never say that either but I was really impressed by your first project. I was fooling around and pulled off this nutty triple jump. I doubt I could even do it again if I tried. It would be dumb to try that in a game so don't worry about that! Plus, if thats the only flaw I could come up with then you guys should be proud. I hope when I finish my new map I can say the same about it.
