Mikdagger is a highly competive map ment for the "SWAT" game. As my second map, I can assure you it is better than my first. The gameplay of this map is simply based on teamwork and skill level. There are no weapons on the map (as I said, it is ment for SWAT). There will be constant changes of power between the first and second stories, as there is one way to get up to the top, but two ways to get down. The one and only way to get up is the central stair well (which consists of two stories of stairs. This will be the primary way of getting from the bottom to the top, and vice versa. The other way to get down is the "laundry shoot." It is just small enough to fit through, and just large enough to be noticed by everyone. Another cool room is the main room on the bottom floor. It has a "pushed down" box to hide behind (if you are playing with regular gravity, then you can sit in between the box and the ceiling. There are two hallways on the bottom floor with travel from the main room to the stair well. Here are some pictures. It looks fun; on the first pic, when people walk outside, what is stopping them from simply jumping over the one level wall?
looks pretty well made, tho i dont personally like "closed in" type maps with lots of small rooms for swat
he means cant they gernade jump out in the first pic but i think you took the ceiling off for that one right ?oor no
Oh yeah, but who would want to jump out. Defeats the purpose of even playin the map if your just gonna jump out. The team that your on would just lose without you.
It doesn't matter, people will do it to exploit that flaw. You can't just be lazy and not block access from the rest of the level and say, "Oh well no one would want to do that". That just doesn't do it, why do you think many people go to such lengths to close certain sections off? Until it is fixed, I would take any chance I could to get out of a map and exploit cheap unintended positions. For the most part though, you have done well in your map. It indeed does look great for SWAT, tight corners full of anticipation, I will definately download this so I can practice for SWAT with my friends. (I love SWAT, I am a 48!)

People don't care if it's not meant to be jumped over, if it is possible, people feel the urge to do it. I've been with plenty of people who when get out say, "Ha ha, I just got out of the map!" Don't give them the ability.
looks pretty good flamingo, i like the narrow halways, but do you have to crouch? And yea, definatly cover the top, otherwise people will camp up there and leave the map when they are winning.

Looks very neat, bro. I've been a SWAT fan since the H2 days, so I'll enjoy seeing if you live up to the name. There's a few places where it looks like getting out is fairly simple, but not if you play old-school, H2 SWAT (the real deal). Honestly, that's the only complaint I have, and that's not even a problem if you play strict SWAT rules. So, that being said, beautiful map, and I can't wait to play it.
