I guess, if you look at it that way... I just hate in Reach how some maps have a plasma rifle and a plasma repeater. It pisses me off.
I love the plasma rifle. The repeater was crap though. But how in the hell will there be covy weapons in the MP when the elites won't be in MP? Anyways, I hope those forruner weapons do that assemble thing when I pick it up in MP
So might be a bit late but I watched that E3 demo of Halo 4 and creamed... What exactly are those things that were wielding the Scattergun and Lightgun?
Haha 343 has been able to surprise us big time. The multiplayer which was fast and chaotic reminded me of Halo 3. Thanks 343, thanks. All those effects like disintegrating and that general grievious showing his skull and the thermal vision and the guns that form themselves... Awesome.
I just prey there are no quick time events in those sequences. And from the look of how the demo ended, it looks like it could happen over, and over, and over, and over (IN THE INTEREST OF TIME -_-) and over, and over, and over. And over, and over and over.
Yes. in about 9 hours we get 20 minutes of hands on multiplayer (and maybe a bit of Spartan Ops) footage.
One of these (Covenant Cruisers): So I'm guessing from that either the UNSC still has buddies like some Elites or the Covenant is just invading in the dumbest way possible.
We used Plasma weapons without the elites in Halo CE. I'm sure they can show up in weapon drops and pickups.
After watching the multiplayer B roll video on youtube I was really impressed but I still noticed a few things that kind of irked me. -Around 20 seconds into the video on the snow themed map, whenever he throws a grenade down in the snow it makes a sort of "clinking" sound. And after that the warthog crashing to the ground just made a strange thud. Some of the sound effects still sound a bit off to me. -It looks like the scattershot ricochets off of walls. If this is the case I can guarantee there will be tons of MLG players and others complaining about the lack of skill involved in hiding behind a wall with Promothean vision and bouncing a shot around a corner for an easy kill. -And lastly, this might just be me but does the new "Overkill" sound bit annoy anyone else?? I know they have to change it up a bit each game, but this time it just sounds strange
