On another note, the Smartglass accessory looks to be pretty cool. I dig the fact that Microsoft isn't making anyone buy a certain extra piece of hardware for it, rather, it can work on a number of devices.

Also completely off topic, but TSB, when did you release your album? I remember when you used to have just a myspace page with Poor Carmine and Brokaw and one more song on it. Always wanted a legit copy of Poor Carmine.

So I'm watching more of this Black Ops 2 interview, amongst "new technology" the sniper now has a charge shot to add bullet penetration. Some of the stuff actually looks kind of interesting though. I'm liking the idea of multiple options on how to play certain levels as opposed to completely linear objectives over and over again.

    Psyched for (so far):
    Halo 4 (for obvious reasons)
    Forza Horizon (Burnout Paradise, anybody?)
Xbox Smartglass (I'm curious on how well it will work)
Battlefield Premium (just set aside money for it)

What I want to see soon:
    Everything else.

I can tell you it's been out for a while - I bought it nearly a week after its release.

From what I can tell, you can use other devices to enhance your experience with the Xbox. Kind of like how the WiiU controller can have something extra on it (like a map or something), you could use a tablet as a map.

It functions like iOS airplay devices. You can push multi-media content from various mobile devices; laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc, to the tv through the xbox.

A little late, but rocket angels win by default due to their russian sexiness. Also, watchdogs; mind=blown.

So will Smartglass work with something like an iPhone (doubtful) or will you need to buy a Microsoft device?

Also, I haven't been paying much attention to E3, so sorry if I'm late to the party, but I heard something about Xbox and Internet Explorer. Will Xbox be getting an internet browser system?

According to Microsoft, the new SmartGlass will work on Windows, Windows Phone, and the Xbox 360. In addition, it will support Android and iOS. The feature allows users to enjoy entertainment on a single product, and then send that over to their Xbox to pick up.

I have mixed feelings about this internet browser, I mean it would be nice to have, but then again, internet explorer.

Also Halo 4 looks like sex. What's the deal with this "Spartan Ops" stuff? How much is it gonna cost me?

IE 9 isn't completely horrible like previous versions and I'm pretty sure you won't be browsing the internet on your xbox enough to care.

And Spartan Ops is completely free.

My laptop is sitting next to my xbox, so I doubt I'll ever use the browser. Any news on the remastered Doom 3 & ROE game? Supposedly it comes with Doom 1 & 2 as well.

The new Halo 4 did engage me and reassure me that 343i are a good team who know what they're doing. Tomb raider and Blacklist looked possum-grade ossum. Gears of War r pretty cool guy too. The rest of the Microsoft conference wasn't great. I think that they need to more than just indoctrinate the way of Kinect. I mean, having a web browser on my Xbox would actually be cool, but I personally don't need stuff like that with my laptop next to me anyway. What Microsoft need to be doing right now is finding their 'next generation' of developers. Sort of what they did with the original Xbox; they can rely on the old guard (Halo, Gears) for this year, but they need to find upcoming developers and get some proper new exclusives for next year (especially with the probability of a new console). After all, we can't solely survive on Peter Molyneux's manipulative words and empty promises, can we?

The EA conference I really couldn't care for, with the non-competitively priced Battlefield 3 Premium, the Sports games, the desperation with UFC, and the struggling Star Wars TOR. What did excite me though, was the new Need for Speed: Most Wanted. The past title of the same name was a game I adored, with plenty of fun police chases, demolition sequences and the intense racing action.

Ubisoft are who I've been very satisfied by so far today. Though they got off to a bad start with Usher(?), they were hit by all the money I was throwing at them after the FarCry 3 demonstration. Then, they show some amazing Rayman gameplay for the Wii U (which I cannot ****ing wait for), and a very interesting zombie game also for Wii U. Of course after them smaller games they drop the big bomb - AC3, which i'm not too excited for because of it is steering away from massive European cities, but it looks kinda cool. Once we thought that Ubisoft had finished, they showed us a little ip called Watch Dogs, which I think knocked a fair amount of socks off.

Watchdogs just looks overall amazing. Cannot really compare to H4, as it's not the same in many ways. Same with graphics in my opinion. Both are very pretty though.
