I would also like to point out that I am frustrated by my abismal sentence structure in that post.. I'm thinking of trying to get his parents to help him get help, because me telling him seems to have no effect.
The worst sign is if he all the sudden turns happy/completely careless, just to let ya know. AKA means he's on the "end run".. I'd say tell his parents? Or else try n' get a professional involved, someone who knows what they're doing..
Feel your pain. Ok, I ****ing hate it when I'm playing an infection game and someone lunges at me like ****ing Superman from a mile away, I kill them, but they still get me. Mffw lag ---> Billy O Also, squealers and teammates that betray you for power weapons.
Obligatory roommate bitching: No, no, no, you've got it all wrong, it's not "play loud videogames and nap all day" week... it's "FINALS" WEEK. Also: screw the library
I don't know about you, but I never have that problem of water splashing back at me. Perhaps my turds are so streamlined and aerodynamic that they create a vacuum around them before they enter the water, effectively breaking the surface tension before impact, eliminating the splash-effect. Erico, don't worry about your roommate, he's one of those guys that will get to the end of college and wonder why he hasn't passed, then when he gets to the real world wonders why people won't employ him and he has no money. "But I went to college!" he'll always tell himself.
Nah, he's pretty intelligent, academic-wise, doesn't need to study a lot, but it's a bit irritating that he'll do good with little studying... and does whatever he wants in the meantime with little self-awareness.
I hate it when I'm in class and I accidently slide the upper part of my shoe on the floor and it makes a farting sound. >:U
Welcome to Forgehub I hate it when this kid in my english class puts 10-12 packs of jelly on his toast. Its sickening. X(
I hate how I've started developing so many skills, but feel that I don't have the time or capacity to work with them all at once. Skills that I've proven to be quite naturally gifted at: Programming (Super gifted with this) Drawing (meh... But I've only drawn one manga character before, turned out nice) Audio-editing and voice synthesizing (I'm doing unexpectedly well with Utau considering how little time I've devoted to it) Mechanism ideas (I am a glitcher in the MMORPG Runescape, I think really outside the box, and I have brought that train of thought to forge) Writing (I have written a story when I was 14 and a short-story when I was 17, both of which got positive remarks) Between College, and the sheer amount of devotion it takes to develop skill in any one of those things, it is very hard to work at them all. I haven't touched writing since the short-story when I was 17 (Though I have had some awesome dreams that wrote a book within themselves, so I'm going to do something with those). And its hard to develop further into programming, drawing, and voice synthesizing because those require a lot of time and practice to be able to get good results. YES, this is all to say that I am frustratingly talented.
If your referring to me, sorry to say it, but its all true. And I admit to be moderately condescending. [br][/br]Edited by merge: Oh and one last thing... I have an unusually high range of flexibility considering that I weigh probably about 60 lbs more than average and that I've never trained my body to do this. If my muscles are toned right, I can put both my feet behind my head, however I cant do a perfect split (get close though). I don't have time for gymnastics type classes, so once again, frustratingly talented.
Putting your legs behind your head isn't a talent, more a pointless ability, but it is something I can do surprisingly easily as well. I think the catalyst was I used to live in a place with a couple of my friends (this isn't going where you think it's going, I swear), so I basically had all my stuff in my room, including my Xbox and TV. My TV was at the foot of my bed, and I'd sit and play Xbox for hours on end with my legs crossed and leaning forward on my elbows, so it developed massive flexibility in my inner thighs and hamstrings. I can basically point my the bottoms of my feet straight up from a sitting position by turning them at the joint on my pelvic bone. I can also easily touch my toes with unbent legs. I used to be able to nearly bend in half at the waist and grab my heels too, but I've let that go to **** lately.
I don't remember any catalysts for me, I also have quite a bit of flexibility in my spine, I could kiss my shins while standing lols. And I can point my feet up from sitting position, and also get the bottoms of my feet to go behind my back while crossing my legs.
Getting frustrated over how you have too little time for your numerous talents is not really something to get frustrated over. In the meantime, 5 hours until I'm rid of this roommate. ****. Yes.
