We don't know when the live action series is set, could be before Reach, thus meaning Jorge would still be alive.

MC is a Spartan II, but the way the bulletin said "very large" made me think of Jorge. Correct me if I'm wrong, but MC was, whilst big for a person, about average for a Spartan II. Since the Bulletin also said he was famous, and Jorge is the only Spartan II I know of who's specifically known for being large, I don't think it's out of the question that it's him and not MC.

i think jorge just looked large next to all those spartan IIIs. MC might be bigger. in halo 3 at least, he was as tall as, if not taller than the arbiter. the elites in reach seemed bigger than jorge, but of course that could have just been the way bungie designed them to make them look more imposing. could be either of them

I like how they're including all the human rifles.

According to Halo: The Fall of Reach novel which went into the Spartan II program backstory, John (MC) was above average in all aspects but not exceptional. There were taller and larger Spartans (George was the largest), faster, stronger, etc. The only thing John had over all the other Spartans was luck, as described by Cortana when she was deciding which Spartan would take her. Mind you they were all at least 7 feet tall.

Probably to make up for the lack of covenant and not-yet-announced-enemy weapons. Or they could just be clogging the sandbox.

With the addition of weapon loadouts and buying/unlocking weapons, it's been obvious that the weapon sandbox was going to have to have a lot more stuff in it.

    Random Thought:

Ok I could be wrong here, but isn't it true that all of these multiplayer maps are just virtual/holographic simulations that are actually inside of the UNSC Infinity? If so I think it would be so badass if at the end of each match (ex: when you score that final kill or capture that last flag) these "mirages" disappeared and it revealed the actual playspace you were fighting in.

The best way to describe what I'm saying is from the movie Monsters Inc.
If you've seen it, remember the part at the beginning when Sully is scaring that boy in his room? But after he does so, it reveals that it is actually just a test for practice. The sheets are pulled off of the boy and you see that he is actually a dummy, and all of the walls supporting the boys room are detracted showing the warehouse in which they actually are located. This would be sick if implemented.

Edit: It wasn't Sully and here's the video if you haven't seen the movie.

That would be pretty interesting. I hope they implement it.

Also does anybody know if they are implementing a final kill cam? Only for the final kill, of coarse.

How about let's not risk the chance that 343 is hearing us right now and is rushing to implement the idea. Lol

I however doubt this will be included, but, who knows...

They shouldnt. Because more than likely its some asshole with no real sense of fun in halo thats camping behind some damn door. waiting for the final kill of the game to pass by em. Anyways it would spark alot of rumors that 343 is trying to copy cod, which they arent. But I do wish we can view other players in 1st person in theater. Also I hope the slo mo in theator can be precise according to the characters movement. in the previous halos the slo mo shows a player skipping across short distances and isnt very accurate.

It's "Virtual", it's not just a set up practice area, like a training course. Lol.

one more problem in reach. There are too many explosive weapons in the game. Id like a decent 1 on 1 gunfight without being blown to pieces by every damn explosive weapon on the map.
And the fact that a player's aim is so disoriented and jerky when being shot at is pretty annoying also. Thats why I liked the smooth Gameplay in h3, because even though I was having bullets fired at me the same time I was trying to land my shots, I can still aim at the guy just as easy. I hope h4 has smoother gameplay like h3 rather than the griddy and rough gameplay on reach

    Edited by merge:

so they're playing in a virtual combat simulater in a virtual game? Haloception

What do you mean? I thought that's exactly what it is. That's why Reds are fighting Blues, cause they're training..

I think it might be like they're playing a video game. So nothing could be revealed at the end of a match but lines of code.

Personally I would like if they used Skismas idea because it would be pretty interesting if it was done.
