Contest anouncement!!!

Hey guys, Waterfall here and I bring news of a brand new contest. The rules have yet to be completely detailed, but they will be soon. The prize on the other hand, has been sorted out and is a ten dollar Itunes gift card. That is like getting five songs for free, but not having to illegally download them through some unsafe source on the internet! I'm sure all of you honest, non-illegal music downloading forgers would want a chance to recieve that Here is how to use the card:

The rules thus far:

1. The map must be competetive and capable of supporting no less than 4v4 team slayer, but no more than 5v5 team slayer.*

2. The map must have an urban theme. If you are unfamiliar with this theme, here is an example.

3. Of course, the map must be your own.

4. The start date can be no earlier than April 28, 2012.

5. Coforging is allowed, but there is no secondary prize.

6.you have exactly one month to make the map so that is until may 28th.

Voting Process:
Each map submitted will be played several times with the gametype of your choice. The judges will then determine the first, second, and third place winners based on these guidelines:
Playability-how well does your submission play and is it fun?
Weapon and vehicle balance-is your map balanced?
Theme-how well does your map fit the theme?
Overall map design-how does this map flow?
Originality-is your map original?
So far I'm thinking each of these 5 catagories will be worth 20 points then we will add up each of the numbers for a total score out of 100.

That's it for now! Once everything is completely sorted out I will update this thread with more information and create a submission thread over in the forge discussion. Remember to read this carefully so that you know how to activate the card.
Also do not quote me on this but I will attempt to get the top 3 maps featured on a channel on YouTube even if it's so that you can have a YouTube video for a map preview or something of the sort.

But this is just an announcement letting people know my plans and hopefully building interest.

Anyone in the game will help with the rating of the map which is why I decided to make it all 4v4 or 5v5 to keep scoring fair.
If you are in the game you will help with scoring which is why anybody without a mic is not allowed in to keep it fair and organized.
