I just recently ordered all three Uncharted games, received them today, and have been playing the first one for a few hours now, and it seem pretty sweet so far. It's good to play a game that's still based somewhat in reality, and have it play well, but also keep me interested with good characters and an interesting, if somewhat predictable-ish, story. The only reason I'm not playing it at the moment is because my partner wanted to Skype, so I thought, while I was still on the computer, I may as well write a thread and ask what others thought about them. The only problem I'm having now is do I want to commit to these games until they're done or try to split my time between them and the other games I've been playing recently; Fez, Dark Souls, Trials Evolution - the latter especially since it only came out the other day. I'm probably going to stick with them until the end though, because I like to see things through properly, and playing other games in between sessions will likely break the experience up too much. Anyway, I'm off to play more Uncharted, coiya!
Wow. Uncharted brings back so many memories. Uncharted will be the best game you've ever played in your life. The second one was probably the best, however.
Uncharted is the very first game I loved from the PS3, I played that thing like eight times. I even bought the game out of a whim, no review checking, not even a single recomendation from anyone! I just asked my Dad if could buy it and then I was off. I think I beat that game an unforgettable amount of times (you know, when my attention wasn't so demanded by so many games). Right now I'm making a second playthrough of Uncharted 3 and maybe I'll go back again if I'm up to it. I hope you'll enjoy the Uncharted series as much I and many other fans had over the years.
Ahahahahahahahahahaha... Never played 1, 2 is among the best games this gen, 3 is a disappointment by 2's standards but still a fantastic game. Enjoy!
Spoiler Yeh, I beat the game last night, your laughter is justified . I thought it was all going to be about "realism" to a degree, but then those Ascended guys came along and I'm all like, "wtf mate?" The game is still damn good though, going to play the second once I've done a quick sweep of these forums.
